We want you to love everything you order from sophiawomens.com! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Start your return at sophiawomens.com.
2. Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return label.
3. Pack your items securely and attach the label.
4. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Return Policy Details

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items (marked “FINAL SALE”) cannot be returned.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Sale items are refunded at the purchase price.

Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order at sophiawomens.com.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
